AI in German Employment Relationships: Fourth volume in my Nomos book series

Happy to share the publication of the fourth volume in my Nomos book series The Regulation of Digital Technologies

Artificial Intelligence in German Employment Relationships: Analysis from an International Perspective

The volume, which I co-edited with Daniel Wasser, looks at a question that is becoming increasingly urgent in practice: how AI can be understood, introduced and regulated within employment relationships.

Although the focus is on Germany, the book adopts an international perspective, reflecting the fact that employers, workers and regulators now face a fragmented but rapidly developing legal environment.
