Archipelago is out, open access

My new book, Archipelago, and the information platform that is the state: A political philosophy based on information and its processing is out. It has now been published by Nomos and is available open access.

The book addresses the basic philosophical and legal questions of what the state is and what the European Union is, and goes on to suggest a new system of political philosophy that, I believe, is suitable for the digital age.
