Εδώ βέβαια αυτή η προσέγγιση αφορά συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή (κυβερνοασφάλεια), όμως η βασική σκέψη (ο θεμελιώδης ρόλος του κράτους, πριν από οποιονδήποτε άλλον, είναι η συν-δημιουργία και διακίνηση πληροφοριών) παραμένει!
